Our Firm handles high profile Labour issues involving both junior and senior personnel in any given work environment. The firm currently handles Labour and litigation matters. The Director has in the past handled cases of misconduct and unfair labour practice in Government Departments, Municipalities, Parastatals and Companies. He has also been appointed Chairperson on numerous occasions to preside over disciplinary cases. Our Firm deals with cases at the level of the CCMA, Bargaining Council, Labour Court and Labour Appeals Court. We are also able to handle voluminous cases at any given time.

HIGH COURT & MAGISTRATE COURT LITIGATION
Our Litigation Department handles all aspect of Litigation which includes, amongst others, Debt Collection, Personal Injury Claims and Delictual Claims. The Director has previously handled various Magistrate and High court Litigation for various companies including Sithole SS chartered Accountants, Zethu Quantity Surveyors etc.
